Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time remote work setting, allowing therapists the flexibility to manage their professional responsibilities while providing vital support to clients. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate patient needs and ensure effective care delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the unique needs of patients and to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, helping clients understand their conditions and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Offer crisis intervention services to assist patients during acute mental health emergencies, employing effective de-escalation techniques.

• Educate patients about mental health conditions, empowering them with knowledge about treatment options and community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. This role requires a holistic understanding of each patient's unique circumstances, enabling you to provide tailored support that fosters resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
