Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely through a remote telehealth platform, enabling you to connect with clients via secure video conferencing. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule, primarily Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine the strengths and challenges of clients, allowing for a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that consider the unique experiences, developmental stages, and family dynamics impacting each client’s mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, to effectively address a broad array of mental health issues.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to engage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing them with strategies to foster a supportive and motivating home environment.

• Proactively collaborate with team members, including psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists, to ensure an integrated approach to each client's treatment.

• Respond to mental health crises by offering timely intervention and support to clients and their families to stabilize acute situations.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, various treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of clinical findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Engage regularly in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development, allowing for peer support and shared learning.

• Stay updated with current research, therapeutic modalities, and best practices within the mental health field, particularly in telehealth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and their families. We address various mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Proven experience providing individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong emphasis on a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology utilized in remote therapy settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
