Culture of Care Counseling Services is seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists, specifically licensed as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, to provide exceptional care in a remote telehealth setting. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While our therapists have the autonomy to manage their caseloads, some flexibility in scheduling may be necessary to accommodate the needs of our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs, mental health status, and develop tailored treatment plans that are effective and engaging.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to individual, couple, or family sessions.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community amongst patients and address prevalent mental health challenges.
\n
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care and well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support for patients in distress.
\n
• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and stay informed of the latest evidence-based practices.

Your practice will involve working with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges. You'll conduct assessments and provide treatment to individuals across different demographics, ensuring that each patient receives compassionate, informed, and individualized care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• Strong background knowledge of various mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches to effectively support a diverse patient base.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment interventions.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy across different age groups and backgrounds.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling meaningful connections with patients and collaboration within a team.

• Commitment to ethical practices, maintaining professional boundaries, and demonstrating sound judgment in clinical decision-making.

• Proficient in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications for patient documentation and communication.

• Ability to work seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team, contributing positively to the overall treatment process.

• Experience working within telehealth platforms, ensuring a smooth transition from in-person to virtual therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
