Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to establish their needs and treatment goals.

• Provide individual and family therapy while utilizing tailored therapeutic approaches aligned with clients' identified needs.

• Complete essential billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within designated timeframes to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.

• Develop and implement comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to maintain patient stability and safety.

• Create thorough discharge plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient, ensuring a smooth transition from services when applicable.

• Adhere to all current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and Foothill Mental Healthcare protocols to maintain the integrity and quality of care.

• Commit to ongoing professional development by participating in training and continuing education initiatives to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

• Engage in case consultations and agency meetings to collaborate with other professionals and share insights for improved patient outcomes.

• Maintain all necessary licensure and complete mandatory training as per state and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications\n
