Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for flexibility while adhering to a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Although most sessions will be conducted virtually via telehealth platforms, some flexibility in scheduling may be required to accommodate patient needs and preferences. As a member of our telehealth team, you’ll engage with clients through innovative digital channels, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and resources to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments that consider patients' unique backgrounds and life experiences, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement customized evidence-based therapeutic interventions, using methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment that promotes healing and resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during emergencies, utilizing trauma-informed practices to stabilize patients in acute distress.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, coping strategies, and available community resources to foster informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest quality of care.

• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings, contributing insights and promoting cross-disciplinary communication.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through cultural competency training and staying abreast of current research and emerging best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a current and valid license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to practice therapy in Texas.

• Strong cultural competence and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building therapeutic relationships.

• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly with multicultural populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
