Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• A non-judgmental attitude and a genuine willingness to assist clients in overcoming their challenges.

• Strong organizational abilities paired with effective time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While it is essential to meet the basic qualifications, candidates with a background in providing teletherapy services, experience with specific therapeutic modalities (such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR), or expertise in group therapy settings will stand out in our selection process. Experience working with trauma-informed care is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
