Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and identify their unique therapeutic needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery while fostering resilience in clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to guide therapy sessions.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space for patients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, keeping patient safety at the forefront of care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
