Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches to individual circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused interventions for individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in active collaboration with a diverse healthcare team, including partnering with psychiatrists and case managers to create coordinated care plans that promote effective treatment outcomes.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, assessing risk factors and implementing safety plans as needed.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
