Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioral health needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals and progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Provide ongoing psychotherapy treatment for teens, adults, and couples, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Utilize the Simple Practice platform to engage with clients through virtual appointments, ensuring a seamless and professional therapeutic experience.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and contribute to a collective knowledge base.

• Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will engage with a diverse clientele ranging from adolescents dealing with anxiety and depression to adults and couples navigating relationship challenges. As a mental health counselor, you will be instrumental in providing culturally sensitive care and adapting therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Texas.

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy, demonstrating a strong background in treatment planning and therapeutic techniques.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Comfort with technology, specifically video conferencing tools, and an ability to adapt to digital therapeutic environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
