Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance use history accurately.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to the clients’ needs.

• Engage in collaborative practices with team members to ensure seamless and integrated care for all clients.

• Provide education and support to clients' families to enhance their involvement and understanding of the recovery process.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with regulatory standards to safeguard client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults seeking mental health support. As a Virtual Counselor, you will work with clients facing diverse challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Knowing that we pre-screen our clients, you can concentrate your efforts on providing compassionate care that promotes healing and growth within a supportive framework.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory for this role.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering telehealth therapy, particularly to younger populations.

• A commitment to participating in training sessions to enhance knowledge of our evidence-based care pathways.

• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective patient interaction.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging approach to client interaction.

Preferred Experience\n

• Comfortable setup for remote work, including high-speed internet and a private environment to uphold confidentiality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Attractive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
