The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is on the geriatric population, which includes individuals facing unique mental health challenges such as cognitive decline, chronic health issues, and social isolation. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting strongly preferred.

• Proven understanding of geriatric mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based interventions.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to older adults and their families.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach to care.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually.
