Work Environment\n

This position is structured as a full-time remote role, allowing you to work collaboratively with a diverse clinical team dedicated to offering outpatient care. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends required to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric clients, addressing pre-crisis and crisis situations, as well as behavioral interventions.

• Provide ongoing consultation for crisis plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

• Ensure all documentation is completed promptly and meets regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems as necessary.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and track progress effectively.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the quality of care.

• Maintain and foster communication with various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate resource access for clients.

• Promote the mission and values of the organization through community outreach, establishing vital partnerships, and securing funding opportunities.

• Engage in continuous learning by attending relevant conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to expand your expertise and impact.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
