Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, focusing on mental health, emotional disorders, and behavioral issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducation sessions to provide clients with valuable information regarding mental health, coping strategies, and resources for support.

• Provide comprehensive follow-up and outreach services to ensure continuity of care post-therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized transition and discharge plans, working closely with clients to prepare for their return to everyday life.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical records, ensuring accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of treatment, adapting service plans based on feedback from clients and relevant stakeholders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice primarily works with diverse groups of clients facing a broad spectrum of emotional and behavioral challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted LMHC license in good standing.

• A minimum of three years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating expertise in managing complex emotional and behavioral issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, based on experience and performance.
