Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the diverse needs of clients, applying evidence-based practices to promote growth and healing.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, creating safe spaces for clients to share experiences, learn from one another, and build support networks.

• Monitor client progress throughout treatment plans by conducting regular assessments and adapting strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to design and implement effective intervention strategies for clients.

• Provide follow-up care and consult with attending physicians when clients are hospitalized, ensuring continuity of care during transitions.

• Proactively identify challenges to recovery and implement strategies to overcome these barriers in collaboration with clients and their support systems.

• Support and educate family members and caregivers on managing mental and behavioral health challenges faced by their loved ones.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Proven experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a successful track record in therapeutic practices.

• Solid understanding of psychotropic medications and their effects, alongside knowledge of appropriate counseling interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Caring Hands Counseling Center offers a competitive salary of USD 80,000 – 101,000 annually, based on qualifications and productivity.
