Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure the highest quality of care.
\n
• Employ evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and monitor progress throughout their treatment journey.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that are effective and sustainable for each client.
\n
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold quality service delivery and compliance.
\n
• Serve as a vital liaison to relevant state agencies and community partners, ensuring that clients have access to necessary resources and services.

• Establish and maintain productive communication channels with internal teams and external stakeholders to align with organizational goals and enhance community outreach.
\n
• Contribute to building partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand service offerings and secure new funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities such as workshops, conferences, and training to continuously enhance your expertise in mental health counseling.

• Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.

• Assume additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director to support organizational initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse population, including individuals with emotional challenges, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and those recovering from brain injuries. Your interventions will be tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a therapeutic alliance that supports their growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid Independent LMHC license is mandatory for the role.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly with telehealth modalities, is highly desirable.

• Experience working collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams to support comprehensive client care.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and behavioral health interventions is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
