Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, as well as pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Maintain timely and regulatory-compliant documentation to ensure quality care delivery.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools under the guidance of our clinical team to assess client needs accurately.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective positive behavior support frameworks for clients.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards.
\n
• Serve as a communication liaison among relevant state agencies, community partners, and stakeholders.
\n
• Foster open communication channels that meet contractual obligations while promoting the agency's mission within the community.
\n
• Build strategic relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance service delivery and explore potential collaborations.

• Pursue opportunities for personal and professional development through trainings, workshops, and industry conferences.

• Advocate for and integrate the core mission, values, and principles of the agency into daily practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Metro West Behavioral Health, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing emotional challenges, those recovering from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your ability to connect with and support individuals from various backgrounds will be essential in promoting their growth and recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
