Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth platforms, providing therapeutic support that addresses the unique needs of each client.

• Monitor and assess client progress throughout treatment, adjusting interventions in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other mental health professionals to develop and refine comprehensive intervention plans.

• Follow up with clients who require hospitalization to ensure continuity of care and effective transitions back to outpatient services.

• Identify factors that may hinder client recovery, employing proactive strategies to mitigate these challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Desert Mind Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive compensation package, with an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 101,000 based on experience and productivity.
