This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in response to clients' mental health needs.

• Create crisis intervention strategies, including pre-crisis planning, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management approaches.

• Maintain all required documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational expectations.
\n
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure that our services meet the highest quality standards.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and collaborate with state agencies and community partners as needed.
\n
• Establish and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private organizations to enhance program reach and secure funding opportunities.
\n
• Promote and uphold the agency's mission, values, and philosophy through all interactions.
\n
• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences and workshops, to stay current in the field.

• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid LMHC license issued by the state board in New York, indicating your credentialing to practice without supervision.
