Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and case records while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in workshops and training sessions relevant to current mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

• A robust understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
