Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries at all times.

• Conduct individual sessions on a weekly basis, meeting clients regularly to discuss their progress, stability, and any upcoming appointments.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored, person-centered treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments for each client according to best practices.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately evaluate client needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
