Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing rapport and positive relationships based on trust, empathy, and professional ethics.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor progress and stability, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate timely discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continually adapt individualized, person-centered treatment plans based on each client's specific needs.

• Document ongoing progress and maintain accurate client notes to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and support best practice standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and collaboratively create effective therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
