Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of your clients.

• Provide timely consultation to assist in creating pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines and positive behavior support strategies.

• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring accountability and exceptional client care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to assess client needs and inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to our organization’s continued quality improvements.

• Build and nurture relations with community partners, state agencies, and service systems, acting as a liaison to facilitate access to resources for clients.

• Proactively promote the agency's mission and values, engaging with stakeholders to enhance visibility and support.

• Participate in professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings to broaden your expertise and network.

• Undertake other relevant duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support a collaborative work atmosphere.
