Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients, ensuring strong rapport and trust while upholding professional boundaries.

• Conducting thorough intakes and assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs.

• Facilitating regular meetings with clients to review their progress while adjusting their treatment plans as needed.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress through up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
