Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a manageable caseload of clients, fostering rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, evaluate mental health stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals, ensuring they are person-centered and evidence-based.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes and intake assessments as part of ongoing case management.

• Perform weekly individual therapy sessions, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to each client’s needs.

• Engage in continuous professional development through individual supervision sessions aimed at enhancing clinical skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.
