Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Carry a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, review goals, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans that reflect clients' unique needs and goals.

• Document clinical notes and maintain up-to-date records for each client to ensure continuity and quality of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment strategies.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to continually enhance professional growth and competency.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position predominantly serves youth, addressing their complexities with mental health challenges. Candidates must be adept in working with younger populations and have a passion for helping them navigate their unique struggles, whether related to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or other challenges. The LMHC will play a crucial role in shaping the mental health trajectory of young clients, contributing to their long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Ability to meet the clinic’s internal credentialing requirements.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
