Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, specifically tailored towards youth, establishing strong rapport and professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when applicable.
\n
• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and continuously assess personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with each client’s goals and needs.

• Thoroughly document client interactions and maintain up-to-date progress notes in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, employing evidence-based methodologies.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to reflect on clinical practices and enhance therapeutic techniques.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is centered around providing mental health support for youth, emphasizing the importance of early intervention and holistic healing. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in a mental health-related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• Ability to meet internal credentialing requirements within the clinic.

• Minimum one-year experience in mental health settings with a focus on psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing individual and group therapy sessions.

• Proficient in using computer systems and electronic health records for documentation purposes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
