Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for elderly clients, identifying specific emotional and psychological care needs.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group counseling services that address a broad spectrum of issues related to aging, including grief, loss, and life transitions.

• Engage with families and staff members, educating them on effective strategies for enhancing the emotional well-being of elderly individuals.

• Facilitate grief and bereavement counseling sessions, supporting residents and their families through end-of-life issues and emotional challenges.

• Document clinical findings and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
