This is a full-time position that allows for flexibility through remote work combined with occasional in-office engagements in our outpatient setting. Our working hours are structured as a regular workweek from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, ensuring a healthy work-life balance for our employees. Key Responsibilities\n

• You will engage directly with trauma injury patients, providing empathetic support to help them navigate and manage their mental and emotional challenges through open dialogue.

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations to assess individual patient needs, allowing you to develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans that address their specific circumstances.

• Provide individual therapy sessions where you will implement therapeutic techniques and coping strategies designed to facilitate the patient’s journey toward recovery.

• Educate both staff and patients on effective stress and trauma coping mechanisms, enhancing the overall understanding and management of mental health challenges within the community.

• Regularly monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to remain aligned with their evolving needs and goals.

• Collaborate with external social and medical agencies, healthcare providers, and community outreach programs to offer holistic support services that address the comprehensive health of your patients.

• Engage in continuing education courses necessary to maintain your National Certified Counselor certification and stay updated on mental health best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
