Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Inner Peace Mental Health Services, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a varied caseload of clients, establishing and maintaining strong therapeutic alliances that adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress and stability, scheduling follow-up appointments, and facilitating discharge planning when clinically appropriate.

• Creating, implementing, and revising person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
\n
• Documenting client progress meticulously through up-to-date progress notes and treatment documentation.
\n
• Carrying out comprehensive intake assessments to determine clients' needs and appropriate interventions.
\n
• Engaging in individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices.
\n
• Participating in clinical supervision and peer collaboration to enhance personal and professional development.
\n
• Working cooperatively with other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

• Maintaining an attitude of continuous growth and learning, contributing to a forward-thinking team environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve providing empathetic support and evidence-based interventions to clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, we require the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting, with at least one year of post-graduate clinical experience.

• Proficiency in using technology, including electronic medical records systems, Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook), and telehealth platforms.

• Experience providing individualized psychotherapy services for clients and families, demonstrating strong therapeutic skills.

• Comfort and expertise in conducting intake assessments to establish client care strategies.

Preferred Experience\n
