Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in balancing professional responsibilities with personal needs. Our telehealth model leverages technology to deliver effective counseling services while maintaining the highest standards of care. You will engage with clients during standard hours—Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM—although occasional evening and weekend availability may be required to meet client scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that include pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Provide ongoing consultation for creating and implementing behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilize evidence-based tools and methodologies, collaborating with clinical teams to enhance treatment reliability and efficacy.

• Participate in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes to maintain quality assurance.

• Act as a liaison with state agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in open communication with clients and team members, promoting the overall mission of Myers Counseling Center across the community.

• Build and sustain partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to expand service offerings and identify new funding opportunities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
