Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans for Clients, ensuring alignment with pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Document all client interactions promptly and in compliance with state regulations, leveraging electronic health records systems to maintain continuity of care.

• Implement evidence-based screening tools recommended by the clinical team to monitor client progress.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

• Actively participate in necessary licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the clinic meets all relevant standards.

• Serve as a liaison to various community partners and state agencies, assisting clients in accessing additional resources and services.
