Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. This includes developing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Maintain rigorous documentation standards to comply with regulatory requirements and ensure high-quality service delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans effectively.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans (PBSP), ensuring integrated care for clients.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards and practices.
\n
• Serve as a liaison with state agencies and community partners, promoting collaboration and resource-sharing to enhance client care.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues, to foster an understanding and alignment with the center's mission and values.

• Network with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs, identifying potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending relevant conferences, workshops, and meetings.
\n
• Embody and promote the agency's mission and values in all aspects of your work.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall functioning of the center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse populations seeking mental health support, ranging from individuals struggling with anxiety and depression to those recovering from substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license to practice in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
