Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with our clinical team.

• Facilitate crisis intervention plans and strategies, ensuring that clients receive immediate and effective support during challenging situations.

• Complete all necessary documentation and reports professionally and in compliance with regulatory standards to maintain accountability and transparency.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to guide treatment approaches and measure client progress.

• Engage actively in the development of positive behavior support plans in cooperation with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

• Participate in the accreditation and licensing processes, maintaining compliance with both state and national standards.

• Aid in establishing partnerships with community services, state agencies, and other organizations, building networks to enhance service delivery.

• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to ensure alignment with our mission and values.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attendance at conferences and training sessions, fostering your own growth while contributing to the agency's development.

• Assume any additional responsibilities as directed by the Clinic Director, ensuring the team meets its operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those experiencing challenges with mental health disorders, substance use issues, and various disabilities. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
