Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to cart out personalized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on shared issues, providing clients with a community of support and engagement.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer guidance and support to caregivers and families grappling with behavioral health challenges, enhancing their capacity to manage situations effectively.

• Proactively identify and address behaviors that may obstruct recovery, employing motivational and cognitive-behavioral techniques.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and facilitating continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse set of clients, ranging from adolescents to older adults, who are navigating various mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related discipline is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
