Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to client needs.

• Continuously monitor client progress in relation to their treatment plans, adjusting interventions as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals, nurses, and social workers, to develop holistic intervention plans that address the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Communicate effectively with psychiatrists and attending physicians, particularly for clients who require hospitalization, ensuring continuity of care and consistency in treatment approaches.

• Proactively identify behavioral patterns that may hinder recovery and implement strategies to mitigate these behaviors.

• Support family members and primary caregivers by providing guidance and coping strategies to help manage the complex challenges associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
