Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Embers Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create personalized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Providing individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care and access to additional resources.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals and families experiencing barriers to mental health care, including those managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 70,000 and 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, we provide:
