Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client needs and track progress in treatment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to formulate and implement positive behavior support plans that align with client wellness goals.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the clinic meets and exceeds necessary standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to ensure a continuum of care.
