Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering crucial services to clients. While the majority of your work will be conducted from home, collaboration with colleagues will take place through virtual meetings, allowing you to engage in case consultations and professional development activities. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that encourage community engagement and explore common mental health issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients about mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical documentation in adherence with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a wide range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
