Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify individual mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic services that may include individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing tailored approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Collaborate with clinical team members to coordinate care; you’ll participate in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment strategies.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, employing your skills to de-escalate situations and provide necessary support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
