Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your role will include but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to identify clients' trauma histories and determine applicable treatment plans.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment strategies that emphasize trauma recovery, resilience, and personal growth.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients to process their trauma and cultivate effective coping skills.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals for integrated patient care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support during trauma-informed emergencies to ensure immediate care.

• Equipping clients and their families with education and resources surrounding trauma responses and available support systems.

• Maintaining high standards of clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n
