Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health issues, utilizing standardized evaluation techniques and focusing on the individual's specific circumstances.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and treatment goals of each client, ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate client care effectively and provide a holistic treatment experience.

• Provide family education and support to enhance understanding, involvement, and support systems that empower clients on their mental health journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license in your respective field is mandatory: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
