Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, establishing a rapport to encourage open communication.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions and strategies in both individual and group settings to promote healing and resilience.

• Maintain regular contact with clients, providing ongoing support and resources to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment updates accurately using our EHR system, maintaining compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will touch the lives of clients dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. We prioritize cultural competence, and you will be encouraged to utilize culturally responsive techniques while building relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with a range of evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with diverse populations and to employ culturally inclusive therapeutic practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
