Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a diverse healthcare team to devise comprehensive treatment plans, which include discharge planning based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide individualized counseling sessions and conduct crisis interventions, assessing and addressing various emotional and behavioral challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain open lines of communication with physicians and healthcare staff to relay patient progress, specific needs, and any emerging concerns that may require attention or adjustments to treatment.

• Accurately document clinical encounters, ensuring that all progress notes comply with departmental policies and are timely in submission.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a wide array of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating a robust understanding of treatment modalities and patient engagement strategies.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this role.

• Possession of a valid counseling license, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, that allows practice in Oregon.
