Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools and interviews to determine appropriate treatment needs.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans by identifying clients' unique challenges, desired outcomes, and potential barriers to success.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and social workers, ensuring coordinated and integrated care for each client.

Qualifications\n
