Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health by utilizing various evaluation techniques and tools to establish diagnosis and treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, ensuring ongoing evaluation of their progress.

• Engage in consistent therapeutic sessions with clients, providing them with effective coping strategies and practical tools to overcome personal challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe and constructive environment for clients to explore their mental health and foster recovery.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or nutritionists, when necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

• Document all sessions and treatment outcomes accurately in our EHR system, maintaining confidentiality and complying with ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele who face a spectrum of mental health challenges. Our patients include individuals battling chronic anxiety, depressive disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensing as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working with varied patient populations and mental health conditions.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment techniques, and cultural responsiveness in therapeutic practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
