Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s unique circumstances and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic plans using a range of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, as well as provide therapy to families and couples, ensuring a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

Qualifications\n
