Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to identify individual needs and develop tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards and practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care plans and follow-up services for clients.

• Engage in regular professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about current mental health research and therapies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with clients dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
