Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health issues and strengths.

• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans that utilize evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and couples, focusing on fostering healthy relationships and coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at our facility, you will engage with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
