Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments through interviews, standardized tools, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to accurately evaluate clients' mental health conditions and specific needs.

• Formulate individualized treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modality choices.

• Provide compassionate one-on-one counseling sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant approaches tailored to client needs.

• Facilitate engaging group or family therapy sessions to promote shared understanding and shared healing among participants.

• Monitor clients' progress regularly by assessing feedback, gathering self-reports, and utilizing outcome measures to adjust treatment plans effectively.

• Document all client interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates accurately in the electronic medical records (EMR) system to maintain compliance and enhance care coordination.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals—such as case managers, physicians, and social workers—to ensure holistic care and referral services for clients when necessary.

• Engage in continuous training and development to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment practices and technologies.

Qualifications\n
