Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide telehealth counseling services to clients, including conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, and facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant health regulations and confidentiality standards.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings and case discussions, sharing insights that enhance clinical practice and foster professional growth.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to address the unique needs of each client, thereby contributing to their journey of healing.

• Schedule and conduct weekly group therapy sessions, maintaining a maximum of 8 clients per group for personalized attention and support.

• Engage with junior-licensed clinicians, offering supervision and guidance when appropriate to promote skill development and enhance team effectiveness.

Our diverse client base includes individuals dealing with complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Valid licensure as a mental health counselor in the state where you practice, including but not limited to LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Availability to work between 12 to 40 hours per week, allowing flexibility for either a part-time (1099) or full-time (W2) commitment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trusting relationships with clients.

• Ability to navigate and utilize telehealth platforms effectively to deliver care and maintain documentation.
